Supporting Documents for Your Visa:

We are happy to help any way we can in your journey to exhibit with us. If you are requiring supporting documents for a visa, please complete the visa supporting doc request form.

We would kindly ask you to inform yourself about the valid entry requirements (i.e. visa requirement) and complete the necessary formalities in good time before the expo begins. CSI Europe assumes no liability in the event that your visa application is denied, your visa is received too late or in case you are not able to travel to the event due to any other reasons.

Register for your individual exhibitor badges via the link below. Once registered we recommend forwarding the link to your attending team to allow them to register separately.

Please ensure that all of your team have registered for their badges, they will be used to access the show hall and to gain entry to invitation-only events (these will be sent out to each individual show app profile).

Exhibitor Registration

The Online Service Centre is now live. You can access everything you need to build your stand, including the exhibitor manual, suppliers, power, and other stand services.

One login for the Online Service Centre is supplied to the nominated email address for each exhibitor. Third-party stand builders and contractors should contact the exhibiting company for detailed information. Contact Caroline Chong if you have any questions.

Be aware of scam emails offering fake data lists, event guide listings, and accommodation services for Cruise Ship Interiors. This is an on-going industry scam, so please be alert. If you have any questions about potential scam emails, please contact us.

We work with European International Fairs Ltd for CSI Europe. An order form will be provided in the Online Service Centre (live autumn 2024), please feel free to reach out to them if needed.

A lead capture licence will enable your team to access an app for your smartphones. Using the app, you can scan badges to collect contact details from the people you connect with at the show. Each exhibiting company will only need to purchase one licence. The data you collect over the show days will be sent to you after the show.

Each licence costs £199.00 (+VAT if from the UK) and allows 4 members of your team to use the app. Additional members can be added for £75 per user (+VAT if from the UK).

To accompany these banners, we have also prepared pre-written social media copy and email invitations for you to help you market your presence at CSI Europe, these can be found in the assets link below.

As an exhibitor, you’ll receive communications from companies associated with Elite Exhibitions or appointed suppliers.

You may have already received invoices from our finance team at accounts@closerstillmedia.com or accounts.elite@closerstillmedia.com, these are safe senders.

 Here are the key suppliers providing essential services for the show:

• European International Fairs Ltd (csieops@european-intl.com):  Onsite material handling and empty storage
• Moyne (info@moyne.co.uk):  Exclusive supplier for electricity installation, shell schemes, furniture, flooring and more
• Select International (james@selectiel.com):  Reviewing and approving stand designs
• Excel (exhibitororders@excel.london):  Supplies Wi-Fi, rigging, stand cleaning, and more; they will also reach out to you

Please check the domain of any emails you receive in regards to suppliers or contractors the show – scam emails will attempt to deceive by changing the local-part of an email address (before the @), but they cannot use the domain of an approved sender (after the @).

All key suppliers comply with GDPR regulations to protect your data.

If you have doubts about the authenticity of any email, please verify it with us or check the “Official Contractors” Online Service Centre.

*Exhibitors who have booked shell scheme with the official stand builder, Moyne, cannot have access until Tuesday 3 Dec at 08:00 hrs as stands may not be ready before this time.

Please note Excel London now uses the Voyage Control booking system to manage exhibitor traffic. A link to book vehicles is now available via the Online Service Centre. Please contact us directly for the booking code.

Speed Networking is our dynamic event that connects you the exhibitor, to the cruise industry’s decision-makers and buyers.

When booking your stand at CSI Europe, you may have additionally booked a pass for Speed Networking; providing you with eight tailored meetings, each lasting five minutes. If you are yet to purchase a Speed Networking pass and would like to know more on how to upgrade your stand space to include one, get in-touch with your sales contact at CSI Europe.
