CSI Europe 2023

Registration

Exhibitor registration will be live closer to the show. You can register for your badges and order lead retrieval through the Exhibitor Hub.

Attendee registration will be live closer to the show. You will be able to invite your network to join us on the show floor! 

Lead Retrieval CSI Europe 2022

If you have purchased lead retrieval through the SmartScan app, you can access your leads by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to the Exhibitor Hub (where you registered for your badges and purchased SmartScan)
  2. Select “More” in the top menu
  3.  Select “My Leads” in the drop-down menu
  4. Click “Download” each scanner that has shown leads
  5. Your download file will be titled ‘export.csv’

Invite Your Clients

When registration is live, you can invite your clients to let them know you are exhibiting at CSI Europe 2023 in whichever way suits you best. Options will include sharing on social media, emailing your data or hosting information on your website. More information will be available closer to the show.

The Exhibitor Manual

The Exhibitor Manual will be available closer to the show. The Exhibitor Manual contains all of the information you need to help you plan and build your stand for the show. Through the Manual, you can access materials, suppliers and other stand services. If you have any queries, please contact our Operations Manager, Caroline Pepper directly.

Please note this is different to the Exhibitor Hub where you can register for your badges and access lead retrieval.

Accommodation

Accommodation will be available closer to the show through our hotel partner LoveEvents. Booking with us also means you’ll be staying with our VIPs, offering you even more networking opportunities. Don’t forget to book your flights and apply for your visas (if needed) and we’ll see you on the show floor!

Marketing Tools

You have access to complimentary marketing support that provides you with great exposure ahead of the event. This includes social banners, pre-written social media copy and more! Get started by making sure your company is represented correctly by completing this short form. If you would like to know more about the marketing tools available to you, please reach out.
