Marketing Tools
You have access to complimentary marketing support that provides you with great assets to promote your participation at the show. This includes personalised graphics and banners, pre-written social media copy, your own URL to invite your customers, and more. Marketing materials can be found below:

In the meantime, please check your exhibitor listing: Meet The Exhibitors – if you have already completed your Exhibitor Listing Form, but would like to update your listing please email exhibitors@cruiseshipinteriors-europe.com with your amendments. Your listing will be used for promotional purposes, and be visible to all buyers/visitors to the show.

Stand Build
The Online Service Centre contains everything you need to transform your space!! It contains the exhibitor manual, design and build guidelines, order forms, details of official suppliers, and information on logistics and shipping.

You’ll also need to submit your Stand Declaration Form via the Online Service Centre by Monday 16 October, which tells us about the plans for your stand so it can be approved ahead of the show.

The Online Service Centre is now live, log-in details have been sent to the nominated contact from info@smartreg.co.uk. If you have not received the email please contact our Operations Executive, Caroline Chong: exhibitors@cruiseshipinteriors-europe.com. To see an example of the welcome email, please click here.

Exhibitor Hub
This is the platform for you to register your team and purchase Lead Capture. This will be live in a few months time. There’s no need for your team to register for the show, until you have access to the Exhibitor Hub.

Exhibitor Registration (via the Exhibitor Hub)
You can register your team working on your stand via the Exhibitor Registration & Leads Hub. They can then collect their badges onsite and scan the barcode provided by email. Exhibitor Registration will be live closer to the show.

Lead Capture (via the Exhibitor Hub)
In an effort to be more sustainable, many people choose not to use business cards. Purchasing a Lead Capture Licence for your team is the best method to collect contact details of the people you have spoken to, in a quick and accurate manner. Lead Capture will be available to purchase nearer to the show.

Hotels
As an exhibitor, you can book your accommodation with us, giving you preferential rates at our selected hotels. Not only will you get the best rate, you’ll be mixing with our VIPs, and you’ll be much closer to the action! Visas
If you require a letter to support your Visa application, please let us know and we can email this across to you. Contact exhibitors@cruiseshipinteriors-europe.com

Attendee List Scams
Please note we will never issue or sell attendee/delegate lists. This is an on-going industry scam, so please be alert. If someone tries to sell you a list, report the email as spam and delete immediately.
