Since the FTP Code 2010 became effective in 2013, Rules and Regulations are asking for decorative panels on walls and ceilings, with real wood veneer and lacquered surface, to be tested in Combination of all layers.
Limartec® wood veneers systems is the first semi-finished product on the market. Through Interior PROMAN it is available to all interior outfitting companies and meets: IMO Res. MSC.307(88)–(FTP Code 2010) Part 2 and part 5.
It is a semi-finished product; the panel can be supplied with a finished lacquered, real wood veneer surface in panel size up to 2800 mm x 1250 mm with the thickness of 12 to 25 mm.
This shortens delivery time and assures continuous appearance and quality of decorative surfaces throughout the whole project, regardless of the individual interior outfitting company.
What makes the system revolutionary?
The combination of all the layers (core, veneer, lacquer) has been vigorously tested and meets the high standards for surface materials with low flame spread characteristics.
The specially developed and patented system for natural and reconfigured wood veneers preserves the colour nuances and properties of the material and guarantees compliance with SOLAS standards.
The non-combustible panels and profiles are covered with customer-specific real wood veneer, protected with scratch-resistant, open grain/matt varnish and can be supplied with EC-type examination – Module B and Quality Assurance System – Module D Certificate.
Limartec® wood veneers systems can be applied to wall panels, ceiling panels and ceiling profiles, giving your project a 360 finish.
