Regent Seven Seas Cruises have announced that their ships, Seven Seas Mariner and Seven Seas Voyager, are set to undergo multimillion-dollar refurbishments. The extensive investments will feature the same impeccable attention to detail seen in their renowned, newer Explorer-class ships.

A New Era of Ultra Luxury Cruising

Following their dry dock, Seven Seas Mariner and Seven Seas Voyager will boast refreshed suites, upgraded restaurants and beautiful public spaces, while maintaining the spacious design of many rooms aboard both ships. The new suites will exude modern elegance as design-led choices prioritize the highest standards of guest comfort. Sophisticated neutral tones will create a serene retreat, complemented by stylish yet functional furniture. Refined details will transform suites beyond vacation accommodation and create a haven on the water.

“We are excited to upgrade Seven Seas Mariner and Seven Seas Voyager as we prepare for a new era that will elevate the standard of ultra-luxury cruising,” said Jason Montague, Chief Luxury Officer of Regent Seven Seas Cruises. “Following the resounding success of our Explorer-Class ships and preparation to welcome our Prestige-Class ships, enhancing Seven Seas Mariner and Seven Seas Voyager is the natural next step to ensure our guests have the ultra-luxury experience they expect on board a Regent vessel.”

Refurbishments Schedule for 2025 & 2026

Seven Seas Mariner’s refurbishment will begin when she enters dry dock in Marseille on November 3, 2025. Upgrades will be complete by November 26, 2025, before she embarks on the 14-night transoceanic crossing from Barcelona to Miami.

Seven Seas Voyager will enter dry dock on April 26, 2026. Her refresh will be complete by May 21, 2026, ahead of her 12-night Eastern Mediterranean Gems sailing from Barcelona to Athens, with calls to Croatia, Montenegro and the Greek islands.

Highlights of the Refurbishment Include:

  • All Suites will receive a full update of all furnishings, details, hardware, and lighting.
  • Signature, Grand, Mariner, Voyager, Seven Seas, and Horizon Suites will, in addition, receive fully redesigned marble bathrooms.
  • Pool Grill and New Pizzeria: Treating guests to a sophisticated yet elevated dining option, the Pool Grill is the perfect setting for a casual meal al fresco. A full renovation of the dining space will enhance the guest experience, and the addition of a new pizzeria concept will offer guests even more choices.
  • New carpets: Lush carpeting will be installed throughout the ship’s corridors, various public areas, and all suites.
