The most successful exhibitors at our shows are those who stand out – not just through their stand design, but through meaningful interactions and a proactive approach to networking. Here are some tips from us:
Stand Activities: Offer exclusive and engaging activities like personalised demos, VIP-only giveaways, or even refreshments to draw people in. Make your stand visually striking and aligned with industry trends – get creative! Your stand is a reflection of your brand, so make it memorable.
Networking Focus: Be proactive by walking the floor and attending networking and content sessions. These are great opportunities to meet people and invite them back to your stand to continue the conversation.
CSI Resources: Send promotional content to CSI in advance for extra promotion opportunities. We also recommend making use of the ‘messaging’ and ‘social board’ feature of the show app.
For further tips, read the ‘Stand Out at CSI Guide’ on the Exhibitor Resource Hub.
By using the Lead Capture mobile app! A lead capture licence will enable up to 4 members of your team access to an app for your smartphones. Additional users can be purchased if needed.
Using the app, you can scan badges to collect contact details from the people you connect with at the show. The data you collect over the show days will be available to view in your online account, log in details will be sent to you via email from the Jones Events Technology team.
There will be a team onsite that can assist you with Lead Capture. To ensure the smoothest experience, please have your team members download and login to the app before the exhibition starts. Upon purchase, you will also be issued with a guide on how everything works!
Lead Capture is now available to purchase via the button below – if you are a CSI+ Member, please contact Claudia for your exclusive discount code.
Exhibitor badge registration will open approximately 2–4 weeks before the show. You will receive the registration link by email, and it will also be available on the Exhibitor Support Page.
There is no limit to the number of badges your company can request. However, each person must be a current employee of your company and must be registered with an exhibitor badge.
If you have secured a speed networking pass, you will receive your session details around 2 weeks before the show. If you would like to find out more about how the sessions work, you can read this short guide.
