Build and breakdown information
We are looking forward to welcoming you to ExCeL London! Ahead of your arrival, here are a few key points to assist with a smooth build-up. Please pass this information along to your colleagues, stand builders and contractors.
As a reminder, below is the build-up and break-down information:
Site Rules – mandatory
To enter the exhibition hall at either the front boulevard (S8) or freight doors (S14 – S17) for show build-up, please present a signed copy of this document to security to receive a Contractor wristband. Once verified, all stand workers will receive wristbands. Pre-booking wristbands is not possible. You do not need an exhibitor badge for build and breakdown staff.
Safety
Everyone must wear high-visibility jackets and closed-toe shoes during build-up and break-down phases, in halls or loading areas as a safety requirement at ExCeL London. Entry to halls will be denied without these. You may be able to buy a high-visibility jacket at the shop below the exhibition hall, but this can’t be guaranteed, so we recommend bringing your own.
Exhibitor badges
If you haven’t registered for your show badges yet, please reach out to exhibitors@cruiseshipinteriors-europe.com to request your login details. You can collect your badges from the registration desk located at the front of the hall (S8) on Tuesday 28 November from 12 pm.
Vehicle arrival process
It is now a requirement to book an arrival slot for your vehicle through Voyage Control to offload at the freight doors at ExCeL London. Vehicles will not be permitted to off-load without a time slot booked. Consult the exhibitor manual for more information about the arrival process and how to access the freight doors. Contact European International Fairs Ltd for assistance with offloading, empty storage, customs paperwork, etc. For parking options, see the ExCeL London website.
Shell scheme bookings
If you have ordered a shell scheme from the official stand builder, Moyne, please do not arrive in the halls before 10:00 hrs on Tuesday 28 November as your stand may not be built before this time. All shell scheme stands must be cleared no later than 20:00 hrs on Thursday 30 November.
Cleaning and waste
Stand cleaning is not included in your stand space. If you have not already booked stand cleaning, you can do this before Friday 24 November using the order form in the exhibitor manual. There might not be capacity for onsite orders. All exhibitors must remove their stand waste and packaging.
